PENGUKURAN ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI ERP DALAM MENDUKUNG TRANSFORMASI BISNIS DIGITAL PADA SISTEM RESERVASI TIKET HOTEL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh System Quality terhadap User Satisfaction melalui Intention to Use pada pengguna sistem Oracle ERP dalam manajemen tiket reservasi hotel. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan pengguna sistem sebagai responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa System Quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Intention to Use dan User Satisfaction. Selain itu, Intention to Use juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap User Satisfaction. Temuan lainnya menunjukkan bahwa Intention to Use mampu memediasi pengaruh System Quality terhadap User Satisfaction. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem yang baik dapat meningkatkan niat penggunaan sistem, yang pada akhirnya berdampak pada peningkatan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa peningkatan kualitas sistem, seperti kemudahan penggunaan, keandalan sistem, dan kecepatan akses, menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan penerimaan dan kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem ERP. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi organisasi dalam mengoptimalkan implementasi sistem informasi berbasis ERP.
