Pengaruh Empowering Leadership dan Organizational Commitment

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Empowering Leadership, Organizational Commitment terhadap Job Satisfaction. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket yang dikumpulkan dari 84 karyawan TipTop Supermarket yang berlokasi di Rawamangun Jakarta dengan menggunakan metode sensus. Hasil uji hipotesis pada penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positip dan signifikan Empowering Leadership dan Organizational Commitment terhadap Job Satisfaction baik secara partial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan bagi manajer agar mempertahankan Empowering Leadership, dan Organizational Commitment yang dapat meningkatkan Job Satisfaction.
